Course Content

The Menswear Design Course will allow students to develop the sense of taste that is needed to design clothes for men. Milan is famous for its best Menswear Collection. Learn how this city leads the worlds mens collection through research and designing based on real clothes for men. The objective is the development of the creative talent of young people who plan to become professional fashion designers, widening their abilities through research and attentive observation for the creation of an innovative and individual fashion collection.

- Use of Adobe programs: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Sketching techniques for design and technical drawing
- Textile knowledge
- Moodboard creation

This course will prepare the student for the professional reality of the fashion world. Not only developing the individual creativity, but also to acquire the necessities of the Fashion Industry.
This course is particularly structured as real work experience, not only theoretical study.

Material : Notebook - 4H pencils - Tracing paper - Soft eraser - Pencils - Pencil sharpener - Fine black fibre tip pens - A4 paper – Scissors - Glue stick - Laptop Computer - USB Memory stick - Photoshop - Illusrator (30 day trial version okay for Photoshop and Illustrator programs)
